Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries professionally and effectively.
Counsel students and parents about courses offered (Spoken English, IELTS, Digital Marketing, etc.).
Identify students' needs and recommend appropriate programs.
Follow up regularly with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure conversions.
Maintain and update enquiry records in CRM or Excel sheets.
Schedule and coordinate demo sessions and admissions processes.
Support the admissions team to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with trainers and operations team for smooth execution of batches.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi both).
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
