Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group counselling to students.
Address academic, career, personal, and social issues.
Conduct orientation sessions and workshops on mental health and well-being.
Identify students in need of extra support and create intervention plans.
Maintain confidentiality and proper records of all counselling sessions.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to track student progress.
Refer students to external professionals when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in counselling/Psychology
Knowledge of multiple counselling approaches
Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
Familiarity with online learning platforms
3+ years of experience working as a counsellor in any school/college
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication
Empathetic, patient, and approachable.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in educational institutions.
Knowledge of child and adolescent development.
Education: - Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed university.
