Saturday and sundays (compulsory)

10:00 to 2:00pm

Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm (Tuesday/Thursday weekly off)

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in and online inquiries from prospective students.

Counsel students about courses, career paths, and placement opportunities.

Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

Maintain accurate student records and daily reports.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve inquiry-to-admission conversions.

Ensure excellent post-admission support and maintain student satisfaction.

Meet monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

Coordinate with faculty and schedule sessions for all the batches.

Collect fees from students

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any stream).

1-3 years of experience in counselling / sales / education sector preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in handling both telephonic and face-to-face counselling.

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit.

Comfortable working on CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for Business.
