and in-centre counselling sessions.
Maintain and update
CRM / enquiry records
accurately.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Address basic queries related to syllabus, exam pattern, and preparation strategy.
Build trust and long-term relationships with aspirants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline (Post-graduation is a plus).
Good knowledge of UPSC and/or MPSC exams
(exam pattern, stages, syllabus).
Excellent
communication skills
in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
Comfortable with
tele-calling, follow-ups, and face-to-face counselling
.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business
.
Result-oriented mindset with a student-first approach.
