Navinora Private Limited is hiring Student Advisors to guide students and parents with admissions for Domestic (India) and international education (Study Abroad). This role is suitable for candidates seeking long-term growth in the education consulting industry, with structured training and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on suitable courses and institutions in India and abroad Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions support Guide students with applications, SOPs, and documentation Maintain student data and follow-ups in CRM Coordinate with internal admissions and visa teams Ensure ethical, accurate, and transparent counselling

Eligibility

Graduation mandatory (any discipline) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Strong communication skills required Experience in education consultancy is an advantage

Salary Structure

Freshers: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month Experienced candidates: Salary will be decided based on previous salary and performance during the 7-day assessment

Important Conditions

Mandatory 2-year service commitment 1-month notice period (or salary in lieu)
