Job Description

Provide professional counselling to students based on their needs and concerns Understand student background and assess academic, career, or personal goals Guide students on suitable courses, programs, or career paths Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions (in person / telephonic / online) Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and follow-ups Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience Address queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner Meet counselling targets and contribute to enrolment or conversion goals Stay updated on courses, policies, and industry trends Ensure confidentiality and ethical counselling practices Provide post-counselling support and regular follow-ups
