Counsel students and job seekers regarding
career options, job opportunities, and skill development
Understand student profiles and recommend
suitable courses / job opportunities
Handle
walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
professionally
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and outcomes
Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents
Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Student Counsellor / Career Counsellor / Academic Counsellor
Excellent
communication skills
(English & Malayalam preferred)
Strong
interpersonal and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of
education, training programs, or job placement processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in
MS Office / CRM tools
is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
