Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on MBBS and study abroad programs Communicate confidently in

English and Malayalam

Handle calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries professionally Build strong rapport and trust with students and families Convince and guide students ethically towards suitable programs Perform regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
Required Skills & Personal Attributes

Strong English and Malayalam communication skills

(mandatory) Confident, presentable, and professional personality Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills Experience in

BPO / voice process / customer service

is an added advantage Willingness to learn and adapt to the education consultancy field Positive attitude with a long-term career mindset
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (mandatory) Experience in student counselling, BPO, sales, or customer service preferred Freshers with strong communication skills and personality may be considered
