Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on academic planning, course selection, and career options Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions Identify students' strengths, interests, and challenges Support students with stress, anxiety, and adjustment issues Guide students and parents regarding educational pathways Maintain accurate student records and counselling reports Coordinate with faculty, parents, and administration when required Conduct workshops, seminars, and orientation programs Follow up with students to track progress and outcomes
Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability Basic knowledge of career options and education systems Ability to maintain confidentiality Good organizational and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office / basic computer skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
