Key Requirements

Fluency in

English and Hindi

. Minimum

1 year of prior counselling experience

. Strong skills in

client assessment and counselling

. Ability to

maintain records and documentation

accurately.

Responsibilities

Conduct

individual and group counselling sessions

with clients via phone calls. Handle

inbound calls from outside India

with professionalism and empathy. Participate actively in

promotional activities of the institute

, including video presentations. Ensure timely and transparent communication with clients.
Location : Vyttila, Ernakulam

Candidates near to this location are preferred. Relocation required for others.

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
