: Keep accurate records and report on sales progress and activities.

Product knowledge

: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to advise students effectively.

Results-driven

: A self-motivated and results-driven approach is essential for meeting targets.

Sales and customer service

: Strong sales and customer service skills are required to convert leads and maintain relationships.

Communication

: Excellent communication skills are needed for both counseling and sales aspects.

Patience and friendliness

: A patient and friendly personality is helpful for counseling students and parents.

Organizational skills

: Ability to manage a database and follow up with leads is crucial for a target-based role.

: 1 - 2 year in education field
