Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads/enquiries via phone/WhatsApp/email.
Explain course details: eligibility, fees, admission process, and career outcomes.
Understand student needs and provide suitable program guidance.
Support students through application, documentation, and enrolment completion.
Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain call/follow-up performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
Required
Fresher welcome; telesales/telecalling/customer support experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and confident convincing ability.
Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with calling.
Basic computer knowledge; CRM/MS Office familiarity is an advantage.
Good listening skills, problem-solving, and resilience.
