Primary Responsibilities
Lead Engagement:
Initiate contact with prospective students and parents via structured
outbound and inbound calls
utilizing the provided lead database.
Personalized Guidance:
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each student's
academic goals, challenges, and aspirations
, and then recommend the most suitable Xylem Learning programs.
Program Advocacy:
Confidently and persuasively
present and promote
Xylem Learning's diverse course offerings.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate
strong, trust-based relationships
through personalized counseling, consistent support, and regular follow-ups.
Target Achievement:
Consistently
meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
.
Data Management:
Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records
of all calls, follow-ups, and enrollments within the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about
new programs, offers, and initiatives
.
Process Improvement:
Provide valuable feedback to leadership to
enhance lead quality, conversion strategies
, and the overall student experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years of relevant experience in
academic counseling, student advisory, or sales
(prior experience in the education sector is a distinct advantage).
Performance:
Proven track record or strong capacity to
meet or surpass sales/enrollment targets
.
