Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls using the lead database.
Understand each student's academic aspirations, challenges, and goals to recommend suitable programs.
Present and promote Xylem Learning's courses and offerings confidently and persuasively.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents through personalized counselling and regular follow-ups.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on programs, offers, and new initiatives.
Provide valuable feedback to enhance lead quality, conversion strategies, and the overall student experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/enrolment targets.
