About the Role

Xylem Learning is looking for

enthusiastic, results-driven Student Counselors

to join our dynamic counselling and sales team in Kozhikode. As a Student Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping students and parents make informed academic choices, driving enrolments, and supporting the continued growth of Xylem Learning.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in

academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education sector

, who are passionate about empowering learners to achieve their goals while meeting business performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students and parents through structured

outbound and inbound calls

using the lead database. Understand each student's

academic aspirations, challenges, and goals

to recommend the most suitable programs.

Present and promote

Xylem Learning's courses and offerings in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner. Build

trust-based relationships

with students and parents through personalized counselling and consistent follow-ups.

Achieve or exceed

monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, follow-ups, and enrolments in the

CRM system

. Collaborate with the

academic, marketing, and operations teams

to stay informed about program details, offers, and updates. Provide feedback and insights to help improve lead quality, conversion strategies, and the overall

student experience

.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in

academic counselling, student advisory, or sales

(preferably in the education sector). Proven record of meeting or exceeding

sales or enrolment targets

.

Key Skills

Excellent

verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation

skills. Strong

relationship-building and interpersonal

abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach. Adaptable and solution-focused in a

fast-paced environment

.

Proficiency in Malayalam

is preferred;

English communication

skills are desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
