The Student Counselor will guide prospective students through the process of overseas education and immigration, helping them identify suitable courses, institutions, and destinations. The role involves providing accurate information, supporting students in documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, course selection, and suitable countries based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
Provide detailed information about universities, colleges, courses, admission procedures, and visa formalities.
Guide students through language tests, interview preparation, and pre-departure requirements.
Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding the admission and visa process.
Keep accurate records of student interactions, applications, and conversions using CRM or internal systems.
Work towards achieving individual and team targets for student enrollments.
Provide continuous support to students until their successful departure.
