Guide students in academic planning, career choices, and course selection.
Provide counselling on personal, social, and emotional issues.
Assist students with goal setting, skill development, and growth planning.
Maintain confidentiality while addressing student concerns.
Conduct orientation sessions, motivational talks, and career guidance programs.
Identify students facing academic or behavioural challenges and support them.
Maintain records of counselling sessions and progress reports.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and departments for student development.
Help students improve soft skills, communication, and confidence.
Support students in handling stress, exam pressure, or hostel/home-related concerns.
Facilitate conflict resolution between students when required.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive campus environment.
Participate in student welfare committees, workshops, and awareness programs.
Report critical issues to management with proper documentation.
