Key Responsibilities
Listen to students' concerns and help them find solutions, set goals, and build confidence.
Assist with conflict mediation and resolution between students, teachers, and parents.
Provide individual and group counselling sessions as required.
Offer career guidance and support students with admissions, financial aid, and enrolment processes.
Maintain accurate student records and track student progression.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Child Psychology.
Diploma or certification in Counselling.
Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years of counselling experience.
