About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic

Counselor

with a strong background in Psychology to deliver impactful counseling sessions across different centers. The role requires frequent travel and direct interaction with diverse groups of individuals, helping them with guidance, emotional well-being, and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct counseling sessions (7 hours per day) as per the scheduled program. Provide professional support, guidance, and motivation to individuals and groups. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards during all sessions. Participate in compulsory training sessions organized by MARG. Ensure compliance with integrity and organizational guidelines through the signed agreement.

Requirements

Master's degree in

Psychology

(mandatory). Strong counseling skills; prior counseling experience will be an added advantage.

Open to travel

- frequency of travel will be twice a month (for up to 1 week at a time) between July to November.

Languages:

Fluency in at least

two

of the following - Kannada, English, Hindi, Marathi. Candidates based in

Belagavi, Hubli, Dharwad

preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

?3,000 per day

of counseling (7 hours). Travelling days and non-counseling days will

not

be considered payable working days.

Food & stay

(3-star hotel accommodation) provided by ERA. Travel expenses related to sessions will be

reimbursed

.

Additional Information

Training provided by MARG is

mandatory

to attend. Candidates must sign an

agreement

for integrity and compliance before starting.
