Hiring for Student counselor for our company based @ Nikol, Ahmedabad

Sky Heaven Immigration is into student visa consultant & Visitor visa & all immigration service provider in ahmedabad

Looking for min 2+ yrs of relevant work experience in same

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

Advisory & Counseling:

Advising students on suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their academic background and career goals.

Visa Application Management:

Assisting with the entire visa process, including filling out forms, reviewing documentation, and submitting applications to embassies or consulates.

Documentation Support:

Helping students prepare Statement of Purpose (SOP), letters of recommendation, and organizing necessary financial documents for proof of funds.

Interview Preparation:

Conducting mock interviews to prepare students for official visa interviews, ensuring they can confidently discuss their study plans.

Regulatory Updates:

Staying updated on changing immigration laws, visa policies, and travel requirements for countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.

University Coordination:

Acting as a liaison between students and universities for application submission, admission status, and fee payments.

Client Management:

Maintaining records of student applications, following up on progress, and providing counseling to parents regarding safety and education quality.

Goal Achievement:

Meeting enrollment and visa approval targets set by the consultancy firm.

Key Skills Required:

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to explain complex visa processes to students and parents.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous document review to prevent visa rejection.

Empathy:

Understanding student aspirations and navigating financial constraints or concerns.

Knowledge of Procedures:

Deep understanding of student visa regulations.
Working schedule - mon to sat - 10am to 7pm,
