We are hiring a Student Counselor to guide students/ professionals in course selection, college admissions (overseas) and job recruitment. The role includes counseling, application support, lead handling, and converting inquiries into admissions/ recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students/ professionals on various options, career paths & visas
Handle walk-ins, calls, leads & follow-ups
Guide students through application, documentation & admission process
Maintain student records & CRM updates
Achieve monthly enrolment & conversion targets
Participate in seminars, school visits & education fairs
Requirements
12th pass, pursuing bachelor or completed Bachelor's degree (any stream)
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in counseling /admissions (preferred)
Ability to meet targets & manage multiple cases
CRM handling skills & social media handling (preferred)
