The counselor acts as a key liaison between students, educational institutions, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and successful application experience.
Key Responsibilities
Advise students on international study options, including university programs, admissions requirements, tuition fees, and scholarship opportunities.
Guide students through the application process for universities, standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, etc.), and student visas.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission procedures, visa requirements, and country-specific guidelines.
Assist in documentation, form filling, and submission of student applications.
Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to promote study abroad programs.
Respond promptly to student inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
Qualifications & Skills:
Plus two or Above
0-1 years of experience in educational counseling or international student services.
Strong understanding of the international education sector and visa procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
Multilingual skills are an asset (especially in regional or student-preferred languages).
