Our client is hiring an experienced

EU Student Counsellor

to guide students planning to pursue higher education in Europe. The role involves student counselling, application and documentation support, and end-to-end coordination of admissions and visa processes across multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on study opportunities in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and other European destinations Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and academic pathways Support students with application forms, SOPs, LORs, documentation, and university submissions Guide students through admission procedures, visa filing, and pre-departure processes Stay updated on European university admission criteria, visa regulations, and scholarship options Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate with universities, partner institutions, and internal teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in EU or overseas education counselling Strong understanding of European university systems and visa processes Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

Experience working with study abroad consultancies or placement firms Familiarity with CRM tools or student application tracking systems

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
