Our client is hiring an experienced

EU Student Counsellor

to support students planning to study in Europe. The role includes counselling, application support, documentation guidance, and coordinating admission and visa processes for multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on study options in

Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands

, and other European destinations. Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and pathways. Assist with

application forms, SOPs, LORs, documentation

, and university submissions. Guide students through

admission, visa filing, and pre-departure

procedures. Stay updated with

European admission rules, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities

. Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with universities, placement partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Education, Management, or related field

.

5+ years of experience

in EU or overseas education counselling. Strong knowledge of

European university systems and visa norms

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of

German or French

is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

study abroad consultancies

or placement firms. Familiarity with

CRM tools

or application tracking systems.
