Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study abroad options, universities, and courses. Guide students through the application process including university selection, admission requirements, SOPs, and documentation. Stay updated on international education trends, visa processes, and university requirements. Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Conduct seminars, webinars, and participate in education fairs. Coordinate with universities and institutions abroad for admissions and updates. Offer continuous support to students and parents throughout the admission and visa process.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling or education consulting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Graduation in any discipline (preferred: education, management, or humanities).
