We are looking for a

Student Counsellor

who can guide students about our courses and convert leads into admissions. The role is

target-driven

and requires strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Counsel students on available courses through

calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups

Handle

inside sales leads

generated through marketing campaigns Make

outbound cold calls

to prospective students Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain proper records in

CRM

Build and maintain a strong relationship with students Close admissions and ensure timely fee collection

Required Skills & Experience:



Minimum

6 months experience

in: Inside Sales EdTech Sales Academic / Career Counselling Cold Calling Any Sales Role Good

English & Hindi communication skills

Strong convincing and negotiation skills Comfortable with

targets and pressure

Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)
