Student Visa Counsellor

Counsel students regarding study options in Australia, including visa processes, university admissions, and compliance requirements. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Australian student visa requirements (Subclass 500). Assist students in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications and supporting documents. Maintain ongoing communication with students and their families throughout the visa application process. Liaise with universities and relevant stakeholders in Australia to track application progress. Stay informed about changes in Australian immigration policies and education sector trends. Maintain accurate records of student cases and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Participate in student recruitment events, webinars, and info sessions as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in student visa counselling, specifically for Australia. In-depth understanding of the Australian student visa (Subclass 500) process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
