Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Student Counsellor

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to middle and secondary classes, ensuring strong conceptual clarity and engaging classroom delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and support students

Conduct behavioral and psychological assessments to understand student needs and provide support for issues like bullying, stress, and low self-esteem

Create and implement individualized behavior plans to help students manage their behavior and meet goals

Offer individual or group counseling to help students develop social skills, emotional intelligence, and coping strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

M.A. with Psychology

3-4 yrs of experience in the required field.

Salary as per industry norms.
