Maintain counselling records, follow-ups, and dropout control.
Support admissions, batch formation, and documentation.
Conduct motivational sessions and parent meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Any discipline.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Experience in student counselling or skill development.
Ability to manage student discipline and behaviour.
Empathetic, approachable, and solution-driven personality.
