: Telecaller cum Student Counselor

Position Summary:
We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Telecaller cum Student Counselor to handle student inquiries, guide them about courses, and support admissions through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding course details & admissions Handle incoming inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, and social media Counsel students about available courses, fees, career scope & benefits Maintain daily call records, follow-up lists, and enquiry reports Schedule counseling appointments and assist during walk-ins Guide students through the admission process and documentation Achieve monthly inquiry conversion targets Coordinate with the academic and marketing team

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication in English, Hindi & Assamese Confident voice and polite phone etiquette Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM) Ability to handle students and parents professionally Prior experience in counseling or telecalling preferred

Qualification:

Graduate (Any Stream) Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
