Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities.
Understand student profiles, career goals, academic background, and suggest suitable programs and universities.
Assist students with university applications, documentation, and visa processes.
Stay updated with current admission requirements, deadlines, scholarships, and visa regulations of major study destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe).
Follow up with students via phone, email, or in-person meetings throughout the application lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and international partners.
Participate in student recruitment activities such as seminars, webinars, education fairs, and university meets.
Maintain accurate student records using CRM or internal systems.
