- Student Counsellor / Admissions Advisor (Wellness & Healing Center)

Location: Work from Home (Remote)

Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with US EST / PST)

Salary: Competitive Base + Commissions + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking compassionate, confident, and motivated Student Counsellors / Admissions Advisors who are passionate about yoga, meditation, natural healing, wellness education, and helping people transform their lives. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in counselling, admissions, wellness coaching, yoga training, or customer relationship roles--not just hardcore sales.

What You'll Do

Speak with warm leads who have already shown interest in Yoga, Meditation & Healing Courses.

Understand students' emotional needs, health concerns, and transformation goals.

Guide them through our program benefits and help them choose the right course.

Build trust, maintain relationships, and support students from inquiry to enrolment.

Update CRM regularly and follow up meaningfully.

Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent English communication skills (empathetic & clear speaking ability).

Experience in admissions counselling / wellness counselling / telesales.

Knowledge or interest in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Healing therapies, Holistic health.

Emotionally intelligent, patient listener & relationship builder.

Comfortable working during night shifts.

Ability to guide and influence decisions with confidence.

Shift Timings

7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (EST shift)

9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST (PST shift)

Compensation

?35,000 - ?50,000 per month + Commissions + Bonus

Experience

3+ years in Counselling / Admissions / Telesales / Wellness sector (Required)
