Quantum Education is a professional training center focused on skill-based, career-oriented programs. We are looking for a mature, confident, and result-driven counsellor who can independently manage student counselling, admissions, and course sales.
Role Overview
We are looking for one capable professional who can:
Explain Quantum Education, our vision, and our courses clearly to students
Counsel students based on their background, goals, and career aspirations
Convert enquiries into admissions
Handle the complete admission cycle independently
This is not a calling-center role.
This is a front-facing, responsibility-driven position.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online leads)
Explain course structure, benefits, timelines, and career outcomes
Recommend the right course package based on student needs
Close admissions and achieve monthly admission targets
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions independently
Maintain basic records of leads, counselling, and admissions
Coordinate with faculty / management when required
Requirements
Experience as a Student Counsellor / Admission Advisor / Course Sales Executive
Strong communication & convincing skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable with sales, targets, and closures
Professional attitude with students and parents
Experience in training institutes / education sector preferred
Basic computer & WhatsApp handling skills
