Phabalos Professionals is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented

Telecaller / Admission Counselor

to join our growing education and training institute. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counseling prospective candidates about our courses, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads Handle inbound calls and respond to course-related inquiries Explain course details related to

Pharmacy, Banking, Aviation, and Logistics

programs Counsel students and parents regarding course benefits, fees, and career opportunities Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper call records Achieve daily/weekly admission and call targets Maintain professionalism and follow institute communication guidelines Update CRM or lead sheets regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in

English & Hindi

(Bengali preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools) Ability to convince and close admissions Positive attitude and target-driven approach Prior telecalling or counseling experience is an advantage

Working Hours:

Office Time:

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

6 days working (Sunday off)
