Job Description

Atmasutra Institute of Career Development and Training (AICDT) is looking for a

Student Counselor

to guide and enroll students in our skill-based training programs. The role involves

canvassing students through various marketing methods

, handling inquiries, and assisting with admissions.

Responsibilities:

Promote AICDT courses through online & offline marketing

Counsel students on course selection & career opportunities

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments

Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach campaigns

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year experience in student counseling/Counselor, Education Counselor or sales

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Knowledge of digital marketing & educational trends preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
Work Location: In person
