Academic Counselors cum Telecallers
to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students about our courses, handling admission enquiries, and supporting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
Provide detailed information about our courses, eligibility, fees, and benefits.
Counsel students to help them choose the right course according to their profile.
Maintain and update student enquiry database (CRM).
Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions, interviews, and admission meetings.
Handle walk-in enquiries and provide professional guidance.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for enquiries, admissions, and conversions.
Assist in marketing activities such as seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
Build a positive relationship with students and ensure excellent service throughout the admission cycle.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Customer service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Any Degree

Experience:
0-2 years
in counseling, telecalling, customer service, or education industry preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
