A reputed educational institution is seeking a dedicated Educational Counselor to assist students in their academic journey. The role includes providing guidance to students regarding courses, career paths, and other educational decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on academic choices, career paths, and future educational opportunities.

Assist students in making informed decisions about courses and specializations based on their strengths and interests.

Provide guidance on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities.

Organize career counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Maintain a strong rapport with students and parents, addressing their concerns and guiding them through the educational process.

Assist with student registrations, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Degree holder in any relevant field.

0 to 3 years of experience in educational counseling or related fields.

Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a student-centric environment.

Knowledge of academic and career opportunities available.
