Position: Student Coordinator

Role Summary



The Student Coordinator is responsible for managing daily academic operations, ensuring smooth communication with students, supporting trainers/mentors, and maintaining the overall class flow. The role ensures every student receives timely information, guidance, and support throughout the course.

Key Responsibilities



1. Class & Batch Coordination



Schedule and manage online classes using TrainerCentral or similar platforms. Share class links, reminders, and updates on time. Track attendance daily and follow up with absentees. Support orientation sessions, assessments, workshops, and recap classes.

2. Student Communication & Support



Handle student queries regarding class timing, assignments, attendance, and materials. Manage WhatsApp community professionally. Provide study materials, recordings, and announcements without delay. Ensure new students are properly onboarded into batches.

3. Trainer & Mentor Coordination



Communicate class schedules, changes, and requirements to trainers and mentors. Update academic team about student concerns or performance issues. Ensure mentors receive necessary information before each session.

4. Academic Administration



Maintain attendance sheets, student lists, and daily class reports. Update internal trackers like assessments, submissions, and progress. Prepare weekly and monthly academic reports for management.

5. Student Experience Management



Gather feedback from students and highlight concerns to the academic team. Ensure smooth course delivery and address minor issues immediately. Support certification processing and completion formalities.

Required Skills



Strong communication and coordination skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage multiple batches Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills Problem-solving and quick response mindset

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline 0-3years of experience in student coordination/academic administration/customer service Freshers with good communication skills are also considered

Work Schedule



In-person Must be available during class hours and academic peak times
Salary - 16k to 22k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
