The Student Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between students and the administration. This role involves supporting student activities, coordinating events, addressing student concerns, managing fee collection, and ensuring smooth communication across all student-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between students and faculty/administration.
Coordinate and support student events, and orientation programs.
Assist with maintaining and updating student records and databases.
Manage communication channels (emails, Notice)
Organize and facilitate student feedback sessions and surveys.
Address student queries and resolve minor issues or escalate them appropriately.
Collaborate with different departments to support academic and extracurricular activities.
Encourage and promote student participation in events and programs.
Assist in onboarding and mentoring new students.
Oversee and manage student fee collection processes, including:
Providing fee-related information to students and parents.
Coordinating fee due reminders and follow-ups.
Recording and tracking fee payments and outstanding dues.
Working with the accounts team to ensure accurate financial records.
Assisting in resolving fee-related queries and disputes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Prior experience in student coordination, administration, or similar roles is a plus.
Experience with fee collection or basic financial transactions is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational and event management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic data management tools.
Problem-solving attitude and a student-first approach.
