The Student Coordinator plays a critical role in managing student affairs, including coordination of certification processes, fee collection, academic support, and student engagement. This position ensures smooth communication between students and administration, supports academic compliance, and contributes to a positive student experience from enrollment through certification
Certification & Documentation
Oversee and manage the student certification process, ensuring timely submission and verification of academic records.
Collect, organize, and submit necessary documentation to relevant certifying bodies or internal departments.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, grades, and completion status for certification eligibility.
Assist in issuing transcripts, certificates, and other official academic documentation.
Fee Collection & Financial Coordination
Collect and track tuition fees, registration charges, and other student-related payments.
Maintain up-to-date financial records and receipts in accordance with institution policy.
Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with students regarding payment plans or deadlines.
Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile records and generate reports as needed.
