The Student Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing student communication, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining records, resolving queries, and acting as a bridge between students, trainers, and management. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and student-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all enrolled students.
Handle student onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate class schedules, trainer availability, and session reminders.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and progress reports.
Follow up with inactive or dropped-out students and encourage re-engagement.
Address student concerns and escalate issues to management when required.
Assist in fee follow-ups and communicate offers/discounts when applicable.
Ensure timely communication through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
Support academic operations and help improve overall student experience.
Coordinate assessments, evaluations, and certificate distribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle student queries professionally.
Good organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills..
