ABOUT THE JOB Job Title: Student Coordinator Company: Trill Route Private Limited Location: 12th Main, Indiranagar, Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Student Coordinator at our music school. As the Student Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of student-related activities, record keeping and ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in facilitating effective communication between students, teachers, and parents, and plays a significant role in the overall operations of our institute. Key Responsibilities: Handle student scheduling, ensuring appropriate allocation of classes and managing any scheduling conflicts. Act as a point of contact for student grievances, addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions to ensure student satisfaction. Collect and document student feedback, and proactively seek reviews from students to gauge their overall experience. Organise and host teacher-student-parent meetings, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging open communication. Manage student attendance, track and report any patterns or issues, and implement appropriate measures to improve attendance rates. Share meeting links and relevant information with students, parents, and teachers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Respond to student inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about our programs, offerings, and enrollment procedures. Assist with admissions processes, including guiding prospective students through the application and enrollment processes. Coordinate program renewals and collect fees, ensuring timely reminders and seamless transitions for students continuing their education. Maintain a focus on student satisfaction and actively work to enhance the quality of our programs and services. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the student experience. Record keeping Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong intuition and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing student concerns and resolving conflicts with tact and diplomacy. Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Background in music or a strong passion for music and understanding of the music education industry. Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software, communication tools, and productivity applications. Bachelor\'s degree in any field. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
