Position Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced Student Consultant from the Study Abroad industry who is passionate about international education and student success. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in overseas education consulting, who can independently manage student counseling, applications, and visa processes across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

Study Abroad Counselling

: Provide expert guidance to students on selecting the right country, courses, universities, and long-term career planning aligned with their academic and professional goals.

Application & Visa Management

: Oversee end-to-end processes including admissions, visa applications, accommodation, and travel arrangements.

Information Delivery

: Offer in-depth knowledge of global education systems, programs, and universities in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Ireland.

Student Engagement

: Address queries from students and parents regarding eligibility, documentation, and course options.

Course Advisory

: Counsel students on Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate programs across disciplines.

CRM & Database Handling

: Maintain a structured and up-to-date record of all students, applications, and follow-ups.

Client Fitment Assessment

: Evaluate academic and personal profiles to match students with the most suitable institutions and courses.

University Representation

: Promote partner universities and participate in student engagement campaigns.

Market Awareness

: Stay updated with partner university offerings, deadlines, and scholarships to offer relevant advice.

Reporting

: Share timely updates and performance metrics with internal stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements

Please apply only if you have prior experience in the Study Abroad domain.

Minimum Experience

: 2 years in overseas education counseling (mandatory).

Industry Knowledge

: Familiarity with application and visa procedures for at least 3 countries.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written English; local language proficiency is a plus.

: Proven ability to support students and parents with empathy and professionalism.

Sales-Driven
