Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven MBBS Abroad Counselor to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will guide Indian students and their parents through the process of pursuing MBBS programs abroad, offering personalized advice, managing applications, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the Indian education system (especially NEET), and a commitment to building trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling

: Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents, explaining MBBS options in countries like Uzbekistan, Russia, and Georgia, including university details, fees (e.g., ?20-25L for 6 years), eligibility, and career prospects.

Admission Support

: Assist students with the application process, including document preparation (e.g., NEET scores, 12th marksheets), university registrations, and admission letter procurement.

Visa Guidance

: Coordinate visa applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance with requirements for countries like Georgia and Uzbekistan.

Lead Generation

: Engage with prospective students through WhatsApp groups, Instagram (@OrisEducation), and webinars, promoting Oris's services and university partnerships.

Follow-Ups

: Maintain regular communication with students and parents via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to address queries and provide updates on application status.

Market Research

: Stay updated on MBBS abroad trends, NMC regulations, and FMGE/NExT requirements to offer accurate advice.

Partnership Collaboration

: Work with channel partners (e.g., Neo Life Education, Chennai) to streamline admissions and ensure smooth coordination.

Event Participation

: Represent Oris at education fairs, seminars, and online events to attract students and build brand visibility.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and visa statuses using CRM tools.
Qualifications and Skills

Education

: Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Business, or Counseling preferred). Knowledge of the Indian medical education system (NEET, MBBS) is a plus.

Experience

: 1-3 years in education counseling, study abroad consultancy, or sales/customer service. Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages like Tamil or Telugu are a bonus).

Interpersonal Skills

: Empathetic, patient, and persuasive, with the ability to build trust with students and parents.

Technical Skills

: Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram).

Knowledge

: Familiarity with MBBS abroad programs, NMC guidelines, and visa processes for countries like Russia, Uzbekistan, or Georgia.

Sales Acumen

: Ability to convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Team Player

: Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: ?9,798.48 - ?20,000.00 per month
