Smartphone Tech Institute, Vatakara is looking for a responsible and creative Student Care Manager & Digital Creator to handle student support and digital content activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for students and parents

Provide information and guidance on courses, admissions, and schedules

Manage student inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation

Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth operations

Ensure a positive and professional student experience

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle students and parents with patience and professionalism

Creative mindset with interest in digital content creation

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience in education or digital media is an added advantage

Location: Vatakara

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
