About the Role:

We are seeking a poised, confident, and articulate

Student Campus Ambassador

to serve as the welcoming face of our Eduport Inkel Campus. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with students and parents, creating positive first impressions, and representing an institution with professionalism and warmth. You will play a key role in shaping the campus visitor experience and supporting admission-related interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist parents and students visiting the campus with a courteous and professional approach. Provide clear and accurate information about academic programs, courses, and campus facilities. Address visitor inquiries with confidence, empathy, and prompt resolution. Coordinate and support campus visits, student interactions, and walk-in engagements. Create a warm, engaging, and motivating environment for prospective students and parents. Assist with basic admission guidance and support enrollment-related discussions when required. Maintain high standards of personal grooming, presentation, and professional conduct at all times. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor flow and campus readiness.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in

Malayalam

(additional languages will be an advantage). Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Well-groomed, confident, and approachable demeanor. Prior experience in counseling, hospitality, front office, or student-facing roles is preferred. Strong ability to handle parents and students with professionalism and empathy. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
