Make outbound calls to potential students to promote educational programs
Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission processes
Counsel students on career options and educational pathways
Identify and address student concerns and objections
Meet sales targets and conversion goals
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and admission processes
Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills
Experience in Sales & Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience in a customer care or support role is preferred
Market Research and development skill
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and meet deadlines
