Role Description:-
40% Conduct informative discovery calls & follow-up emails with students/parents; capture goals, timelines and program interests in CRM.
25% Guide students through platform basics (Common App, UCAS, Coalition, ApplyTexas, OUAC, etc.) and compile document checklists.
15% Draft high-quality summaries of student profiles for hand-off to Senior Counsellors; highlight academic standing, extracurriculars and initial university list.
