What You'll Do

Engage with students to understand their academic and career goals. Provide expert guidance and recommend the most suitable education programs based on individual needs. Communicate effectively through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person discussions. Maintain accurate records of student interactions using Excel or CRM tools. Build long-term, meaningful relationships with students through regular follow-ups. Consistently achieve counseling and enrollment targets with integrity and professionalism. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students. Mentor junior advisors when required and contribute to process improvements.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience

in student counseling, telesales, customer service, or similar advisory roles. Strong spoken and written English communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. A results-driven, people-first attitude with strong listening and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools. Willingness to work full-time from our office and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
