Role Description:-
Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.
Explain the complete package of services offered by our consultancy, including counseling, application assistance, visa support, and more.
Address any questions or concerns the students may have about studying abroad.
Persuade potential students of the benefits of choosing our consultancy services.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure they have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Stay updated on industry trends, visa regulations, and educational opportunities abroad.
